Natasha is Fundraising and Marketing Manager at Future Talent, leading campaigns, communications, and internal operations to support the charity’s growth. She has a degree in Music from the University of Liverpool, and since joining in 2024, she has delivered successful fundraising campaigns, including national appeals through the Big Give and BBC Radio 4, while increasing social media engagement by 26%.

With a background in music and a passion for the arts, Natasha brings a creative and strategic approach to storytelling, audience engagement, and income generation. She plays a key role in strengthening the organisation’s visibility and connecting its work to wider audiences.

Favourite Future Talent moment: Watching the Coombs Competition in January 2026, everyone performed so well and I was really proud of them. Also getting to photograph Sheku Kanneh-Mason at our masterclasses

What inspires you: When one of our musicians gets stage fright and rises to the challenge, I think it’s really brave. I’ve always suffered with stage fright so when our young people get up and play in front of audiences, I’m always inspired.

Fun fact: I lived in China for a year
