Frances joined Future Talent in June 2023 as Finance Manager, bringing extensive experience from the music industry, including roles at EMI and Universal Music Group.

A qualified accountant, she oversees financial planning and management to support the charity’s continued growth and sustainability. Alongside her professional work, Frances has over eight years’ experience as a trustee and treasurer for her local Scout group.

Frances combines financial expertise with a strong understanding of the arts, ensuring more young musicians can be supported to thrive.
