Ella is Programme and Relationship Manager for London and the South East, supporting young musicians and their families to access high-quality opportunities. A singer and choir leader, she developed her own musical journey through Coventry Cathedral, Coventry Music Service, and the National Youth Choir of Great Britain.

Since graduating from the University of York, she has worked as a teacher, workshop leader, and performer, including conducting 1,500 children at the Royal Albert Hall. Ella now supports over 50 young musicians in her region.
