Ben Margetts
Chief Executive Officer
Ben joined Future Talent in November 2025, bringing nearly two decades of experience in charity leadership, strategy, and growth. He has worked across UK and international organisations, leading programmes, fundraising, and organisational development to expand opportunities for young people.
Before joining, Ben was CEO of On Call Africa, where he grew income from £119k to £1.8m in five years. At Future Talent, he is now leading the development of a new organisational strategy designed to strengthen the charity’s reach and impact in the years ahead.

Favourite Future Talent Moment: Getting to attend a Create Day in Birmingham during my first few weeks in my role. It was the first time I got to meet some of the young people we support, and watch them create some incredible music
What inspires you: People who go above and beyond to help others
Fun fact: I have ran 3 marathons – one as a fundraiser for Future Talent, raising over £900!
