We at Future Talent wholeheartedly support Mental Health Awareness Week. This year the focus of Mental Health Awareness Week is on stress.

Music is an excellent way to manage stress. It can spread joy, foster a sense of community, strengthen one's sense of self, and provide a mode of self expression that those suffering with mental health issues often feel they do not have.

Music transcends all boundaries and can instill a sense of understanding in those who feel alone.

The Mental Health Foundation has provided neat resources and information on stress including a stress test, and a guide on how to manage and reduce stress.
