We are seeking to appoint two experienced, creative and dynamic individuals to join the small Future Talent team and be part of a vibrant, busy and caring Charity supporting and nurturing talented young musicians across the UK from challenging backgrounds. We are enthusiastic and dedicated in our mission to build confidence and provide meaningful performance and development opportunities to these musicians; to inspire young lives through music.

Relationship Manager
The Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering both the Young Musicians Development Programme and the Fledgling Programme which, currently in its second year, is aimed at musicians who are at an earlier stage of their musical development. The Programmes together support approximately 50 young musicians each year with financial support as well as performance and development opportunities and one to one mentoring.

With both creative and administrative flair, the Relationship Manager devises and implements a diverse and imaginative programme of performances and mentoring sessions, as well building supportive relationships with our young musicians and their parents/ guardians.

Most likely a practising musician yourself, you will have experience of working with other music professionals as well as children and young people. You will be comfortable organising events and concerts, from sourcing music to logistical planning. In addition you will have exceptional communication skills and will enjoy working in a creative and busy environment, managing multiple tasks.

Team Administrator
The Team Administrator will provide pivotal administrative support to Future Talent’s Associate Director and Relationship Manager. The role sits at the heart of the team and is involved all areas of the Charity’s work, supporting the Associate Director with general office and charity management, the Relationship manager in delivering the Young Musicians Development and Fledgling Programme and managing our social media content and channels.

You will be a highly organised and proficient administrator, understanding and appreciating the importance of efficient systems and planning. You will be pro-active and have a genuine interest in self-development and working collaboratively within a small and busy team.
