Congratulations to Future Talent's latest Ambassador Ben Conway who today joins an illustrious list of Future Talent Ambassadors that includes Sir Mark Elder, Sting, Dame Judi Dench and Sir James Galway.

Ben is Future Talent’s newest Ambassador, a recognition of his love and passion for music and an example to all our talented young musicians.

Katharine Kent, Co-Founder of Future Talent, welcomed Ben to the Future Talent's Ambassadors, "Ben has been an inspiration to us for many years - first as one of our young musicians and then as a supporting alumnus,” she said.

"He represents the basic principles of our Charity and his enthusiasm and passion for music are contagious. I’m very proud to welcome him as our latest Future Talent Ambassador.".

Ben is the founder of Vital, a strategic marketing and communications consultancy for the creative, cultural and digital sectors. He has helped businesses, charities, entrepreneurs, politicians and universities to develop brand and communicate more effectively. In addition, he works with young musicians at the start of their international careers to develop strategy, engage new audiences and raise capital for bespoke projects. In a previous life, Ben performed extensively as a trumpet player with artists such as Mumford and Sons, Katharine Jenkins and Russell Watson. He holds an MSc in Marketing Strategy from Durham University and a Bachelors from the Royal Northern College of Music.
