It has been an extraordinary year for Future Talent. We have undergone transformational growth and are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished. We know the work we do is essential; which is why we have been committed to making sure the quality of our support reaches increasing levels of excellence.
Throughout 2020 and more recently, many of our musicians have been in touch to let us know about the impact our support has had on their confidence, musical development and overall well-being. These messages are so important to us, and continue to fuel our passion for the work we do.
None of our work would be possible without the dedicated and generous support of our family. That’s why we want to share a special message of thanks from one of our young musicians, which highlights the importance of our support and the life-changing power it can have.

The Duchess of Kent, Co-Founder & Trustee, said:
"I am so proud of the work we are doing at the moment to provide life-changing support to exceptionally gifted musicians like Asia, who wouldn't otherwise be able to continue their musical development. Thank you to every single person in the Future Talent family who has generously supported our musicians during a very challenging period, and for your ongoing commitment to our future vision."
In 2020, we successfully moved our entire programme of support online, which included the launch of some fantastic virtual projects. This February, we hosted our three-day Virtual Residential, offering workshops, classes and lectures led by a host of inspiring speakers, delivering 2,500 hours of support and impact to all 94 of our young musicians.
We are delighted to have kicked off 2021 with our search for a Relationship Manager to join our team in Autumn, as part of our ambitious expansion into the North with our new Liverpool office. We are so excited to keep you updated as this progresses.
